Cat Painting

As you can probably guess, these lovely cats were quite impossible to get together in one place long enough to paint, so I used a some of their owners own photographs, each cat photographed separately, and using those photos arranged this nice composition on my computer to work from. My client, Beci, visited my studio a couple of times during the painting process to see the painting progress and to help me refine the likeness. We were both very happy with the final painting.
