Worldwide Delivery is available on all artwork. Before purchasing please contact me for a delivery quote stating your delivery destination.
Original Paintings are dispatched the next working day, and received within 7 days to UK destinations.
Giclée Prints are produced on demand and received within 10 days of placing your order to UK destinations.
Prints are supplied un-mounted as standard ready for you to mount and frame, and are delivered rolled in a sturdy cardboard postal tube. Framed paintings and framed prints will include a courier delivery charge due to the extra weight involved. Delivery is charged at current courier prices - please ask for a quote.
Note - If you plan to be away from home and would like your painting or print delivered on a particular day that is more suitable, let me know via email when you order and we can easily arrange that for you.

If you're not happy with a purchase that you made on chrischalkart.com, for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of the order date. As soon as it arrives, we will issue a full refund for the entire purchase price.
We also offer refunds on all merchandise damaged in the post, although we will do everything in our power to ensure your item is packaged properly to arrive safely. If you do receive a package with a damaged item please take a photo of both the damaged item and the damaged packaging it came in. This is necessary to make the insurance claim.
