oil painting of a dog laying down

  • Title: Meg
  • Medium: Oil on stretched canvas
  • Dimensions: 24" x 18" x 0.75" (60 cm x 45 cm x 2 cm)
  • Price: Sold

Meg has lots of brothers and sisters, which made it very tricky ( and great fun ) getting her to sit still long enough to take any reference photographs for this painting. We did actually manage it in the end, and having the owners view the painting a couple of times throughout the painting process helped greatly to capture her unique character.
