Damaged Goods

Please inspect your artwork immediately upon arrival. If your painting or print has been damaged in transit, please take photographs of both the damaged item and the damaged packaging it arrived in. Please contact me immediately with these images so I can process an insurance claim and arrange a replacement or refund.

Return Conditions & Shipping

• Condition: The artwork must be returned in perfect, original condition.
• Packaging: Please use the original packaging or a similar level of protective materials.
• Shipping Costs: Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or transit damage.
• Insurance: We strongly advise using a tracked and insured shipping service for the return journey. A refund will be issued once the artwork is safely received.
