Red Squirrel Painting

This red squirrel painting was inspired by a trip to Anglesey in North Wales, where there is a healthy population of Reds, and we had a fantastic time photographing them. Red squirrels are rare in the rest of Wales, although we do have small populations in mid-Wales, and on Caldey Island, which has a new population of reds reintroduced in the last few years.
