Scout, a pet dog painting painted in oils by artist chris chalk

  • Title: Scout
  • Medium: Oil on stretched canvas
  • Dimensions: 12 x 10 inches
  • Price: Sold

A painting of 'Scout', a beautiful dog and an interesting pose to piant. This 'looking up' view works wonderfully to show off Scout's beautiful big eyes and kind gentle face.

This pet potrait was painted as a commission for a client living locally here in west Wales. My client and I looked through lots of beautiful photographs of Scout together, before deciding on this striking pose.
