A painting of Abercastle and its wonderful natural harbour in Pembrokeshire, in west Wales. Abercastle is a idyllic fishing village in between Fishguard and St David's, once a important trading harbour that exported local slate, grain, limestone, butter, honey, corn and coal. You can still see the remains of nineteenth century limekilns in situe. This view looks north, and down into the harbour from the magnificent Pembrokeshire coast path.
