Free UK Delivery is included on all unframed original paintings and unmounted prints, to UK mainland destinations.
Original Paintings are dispatched the next working day, and received within 7 days.
Giclée Prints are produced on demand and received within 10 days.
Prints are supplied un-mounted ready for you to mount and frame, they are delivered rolled in a sturdy cardboard postal tube. For framed paintings and framed prints a courier delivery charge will need to be added - please ask for a quote. Delivery to other worldwide destinations charged at current parcel force prices - please ask for a quote.Note - If you plan to be away from home and would like your painting or print delivered on a particular day that is more suitable, let me know via email when you order and we can easily arrange that for you.

If you're not happy with a purchase that you made on chrischalkart.com, for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of the order date. As soon as it arrives, we will issue a full refund for the entire purchase price.
We also offer refunds on all merchandise damaged in the post, although we will do everything in our power to ensure your item is packaged properly to arrive safely. If you do receive a package with a damaged item please take a photo of both the damaged item and the damaged packaging it came in. This is necessary to make the insurance claim.
